Grade 1: Put the fins with the softer part looking upwards (the Murena logo should be at your feet) on.
Grade 2: Put the fins with the softer part looking downwards (the Murena logo should be at your sole) on.

- Putting the fins on (in order to secure long life for the fins, always follow these steps)
Soap your feet thoroughly
Place your feet in the fins
Holding on to the blade, slip your feet (up until your ankle) into the fins
Carefully put the rubber strap on your heel
- How to use the fins
Never use them on land, do not walk in them.
It is advisable to put the fins on at the poolside in a sitting position, therefore, we can avoid any damages caused by walking in them.
It can be used in all strokes except for the breaststroke. The use of fins helps and speeds up the mastering of the right technique immensely.
- Taking the fins off
Push the rubber strap off your heel
Remove the fins from your feet by pulling it holding the blade of the fin.
- Storing the fins
After use shake the water off them, otherwise mould might develop.
It is practical to store your fins in a well-ventilated mesh bag. In case you keep your fins in a carrier (plastic) bag, make sure that your fins are absolutely dry.
Keep away from direct sunlight. Strong sunlight might damage things made from rubber, therefore it is not good for your fins either.

- Putting the snorkel on
Carefully bite on the end of the snorkel while you hold the rubber strap with both hands.
Put the headbracket against your forehead, then pull the rubber strap over your head, just like a pair of goggles.
- Use of the snorkel
Loosely bite on the end of the snorkel and press your lips around it, so that water cannot flow into your mouth.
Practise breathing on the poolside, concentrating on breathing only through your mouth.
Put your head into the water and try to breath slowly and carefully through your mouth.
Enjoy swimming, which won’t be slowed down by turning your head for breathing.

- Taking the snorkel off
Grip the pipe at the headbracket part using one of your hands
Remove the snorkel from your mouth, then pulling it backwards remove the rubber strap from your head.
- Storing the snorkel
After use empty the water from the snorkel
Similarly to the fins, you should store your snorkel in a well-ventilated mesh bag.
The headbracket is made of stainless steel, it is easy to adjust it to the shape of the head. However, be careful when transporting or storing the headbracket not to get it deformed.
